The AORUS Gen 4 7000s SSD is powered by a 12nm Phison PS5018-E18 2nd generation controller with capabilities over 7GB / s (7000MB / s).

The new AORUS Gen4 7000s SSD features a 2nd generation Phison PS5018-E18 controller based on a 12nm node, with 1GB DDR4 SLC caching and 1200MT / s 3D TLC NAND flash, so search for reads at
7GB / s. doing. Reads per second (7000MB / sec) and 6.85GB / sec (6850MB / sec), up to 700K IOPS for random reads, up to 650K IOPS (2TB drive) for random writes, 5.5GB / sec (5500MB) for 1TB
drives / Sec) Up to 350 KIOP for write and random read.

GIGABYTE starts with a standard drive and its nanocarbon-coated double-sided aluminum heatsink. The company uses the free space between the slots on the motherboard to maximize surface area.
However, top-end models have “more extreme thermal solutions” with built-in heatsinks, excellent nanocarbon-coated double-sided heat spreaders, and high-conductivity pads.

GIGABYTE does not want the new ultra-fast AORUS Gen4 7000s SSD to be slow and ultra-high temperature under heavy load conditions. That’s why a vast 7mm-thick aluminum heat spreader packed with nanocarbon has arrived to maintain AORUS. The Gen4 7000s SSD is excellent and remarkable.

There will also be a more advanced version of the AORUS Gen4 7000s SSD for those who drive at high speeds day and night.
